Client Satisfaction Survey: Get Valuable Feedback
Now, after completing a project, team members can send a customer satisfaction survey via email. Clients can rate the project with stars and answer questions directly in the client portal. This feedback is integrated into workspace analytics and agent profiles, helping you measure team performance and client satisfaction. This survey is a key part of our Planeolo new features and improvements.
Workspace Admin Settings: More Control at Your Fingertips
Workspace owners now have more control over their settings. You can upload your logo, customize theme colors, manage settings, and select your preferred timezone and date format. These options are under Settings > Workspace. More notification controls and settings are coming soon. Furthermore, workspace owners can grant permissions to admins for added flexibility, which is an essential aspect of our Planeolo new features and improvements.
Company Logo Upload: Personalize Your Workspace
You can now upload your company’s logo in the workspace settings. This logo will appear both in your internal workspace and in the client portal. Project Scope Enhancements: Keep Everyone Aligned
We’ve improved the Project Scope functionality! Now, you can add the project scope directly within the project, eliminating the need for external links. Client Settings Improvements: A Clearer View of Client Satisfaction
We’ve made significant upgrades to Client Settings! Now, you can see client feedback average ratings, active projects, and archived projects. We’ve also added a new column in the archived projects that displays client feedback ratings for each project, giving you a clearer view of client satisfaction. These upgrades are important elements of our Planeolo new features and improvements.
Client Logo Upload: Make Client Management Easier
Agents can now upload client logos directly from the client settings. This feature not only makes it easier to identify your clients but also sets the stage for future updates where you’ll be able to brand the client’s experience using their logo.
