Over the past 2 months, we have been working on some exciting new features whilst improving the user experience and stability.
Here are a few features that have launched this month:
Custom domain
We’ve listened to your requests and are thrilled to introduce the Custom Domain feature for your Planeolo account. Custom domains don’t just make your portal look good; they boost your brand’s credibility and make it easier for your team and clients to find you. Follow our easy, step-by-step guide to get your custom domain up and running today!
Client satisfaction survey:
After completing a project, team members can now send a customer satisfaction survey via email to their clients. Clients can rate the project with stars and answer additional questions in the client portal. This valuable feedback will be integrated into workspace analytics and agent profiles, helping you gauge team performance and client satisfaction. Click for tutorials
Workspace admin settings:
Workspace owners can now upload their logo, change workspace and client portal theme colors, control workspace settings, and choose their preferred timezone and date format. Find these options under Settings > Workspace. More controls on notifications and workspace settings are coming soon. Only workspace owners have access to workspace settings. However, they can grant permissions to designated workspace admins for added flexibility.
Add your company’s logo:
You can now upload your company’s logo in workspace settings, and it will appear both in your internal workspace and in the client portal. We’ve also removed all Planeolo branding, making the experience truly your own.
Project scope:
We’ve enhanced the Project Scope functionality! You can now add the project scope directly within the project. No more external links; everything is accessible from the new Project Scope tab next to the timeline, making it easier for your team and clients to stay on the same page.
Client settings improvements:
We’ve significantly upgraded Client Settings! You’ll now see client feedback average ratings, active projects, and archived projects. Within the archived projects, we’ve added a new column that displays client feedback ratings for each project.
Client logo upload:
Agents can now upload client logos directly from the client settings. This not only makes it easier to identify your clients but also sets the stage for future updates where you’ll be able to brand the client’s experience using their logo.
